A holistic approach to stop heartburn or GERD?

Ever experienced the uncomfortable feeling of heartburn? It may be associated with sour taste in the mouth, difficulty in swallowing, regurgitation of acid, vomiting, sometimes noncardiac chest pain, and coughing? It occurs when some gastric juice refluxes into the esophagus which may cause esophageal mucosal injury.

Heartburn is otherwise known as acid reflux, gastroesophageal refux disease or GERD.

Obesity is said to be a contributing factor to heartburn.  Increased intragastric pressure and gastroesophageal pressure gradient, incompetence of the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), and increased frequency of transient LES relaxations may all play a role here.

By the way, some foods and medications may cause transient relaxation of the LES which could result to heartburn or GERD. GERD may occur in all age groups.

It is unfortunate that people control GERD just by taking only antacids without doing some lifestyle modifications. There are actually some foods to avoid and some actions to be taken to stop GERD.

I just read of a natural way, aside from antacids to stop GERD which made me curious. It is a holistic 5-step system for curing acid reflux from a medical researcher, nutritionist, health consultant and former sufferer of GERD.

It is said that burping, belching and flatulence will be put to a stop by following what is written in this ebook.

Already excited to end your suffering?

Click Here to get the E-book that reveals how to stop Acid Reflux!

Well, there are also many classes of drugs that address acid reflux but it has to be accompanied by dietary or lifestyle modifications. And I am really curious about what this aforementioned e-book says as there are many testimonials of success on it.
